I get itchy feet and hands when breastfeeding it's to do with circulation and I personally feel it's because you can't scratch them at the time. I just had to put up with it and keep them well creamed. I breastfed till 20 months but it did get less the longer we continued

My skin gets super dry sometimes. If it's really bad I use lanolin or I use Eucerin Aquaphor Baby. I put them on my feet and then wear socks to bed. I don't know what's causing your itchiness, mine is usually dry skin.
