I was home with baby until he turned 3 months then unfortunately, I had to get back to the real world and go back to work. My supply was awesome, but now is starting to decrease. I normally pump 4 oz every 3 hours and now I'm down to 1-2 oz. When I'm with baby i strictly feed. When he's with my grandmother while I'm working he has to take the bottle. Any suggestions on how to increase my supply?

Hi, I would say drink as much water as you can and add oats to your diet. Also try some teas with fenugreek or fennel this should help. If your baby doesn't wake up much for feeds in the night you should still try to nurse and when you do nurse your baby make sure one boob is fed on until it's 'empty' if your baby feeds for a long time on one side it should send a signal that will let your body know to produce more. Even when pumping make sure it's on one boob for a longer period of time and then do the same for the other side. Also if your stressed this could cause your milk to slow down, try to be relaxed even though I know work and life itself can be very stressful! Hope this helps. Good luck.
