I am not much of a meat eater. I haven't bought beef or chicken or any of that since October and I only eat it once a month...twice at most. I do eat a lot of cheese and I can't drink soy/almond milk because it gives me horrible indigestion. Someone mentioned protein bars but I am not sure if those are safe. I did try a safe protein drink once, but it was so gritty that I couldn't stand it.
