My milk is a beautiful creamy white color when it is first pumped. In the fridge it tends to separate with a layer of cream on top. When reheated and shaken it is nice and white again. I freeze it immediately if it is going to be frozen and it turns a yellow color in the freezer. When thawed it is more yellow than it was before it was frozen. Is this normal?
