Your milk production is basically supply and demand. The more milk you demand from it the more it will produce. Something else I have found absolutely fabulous for increasing supply is healthy nursing tea.

Possibly. the biology of breastfeeding is a supply and demand. As your baby shifts to solids, he will nurse less leading your body to make less milk. You can pump in between to keep your supply up if you want.
