The tile says it well. My daughter will be 5 months old in 4 days, and I've been exclusively breastfeeding her until she was 3 months and a half, when I decided to give her a bit of cereal before bed.
Other than that I still breastfeed her. I never did it ecologically: she has a pacifier & eats cereals and homemade fruit purée once in a while, which she loves! :)
Also, I stopped taking Micronor (mini pill) on October 11 because even though it isn't supposed to, it brought down my milk supply greatly.
So! To make a long story short, she goes without feeding at night for periods of 5 to 8 hours and during the day 2 to 4 hours in general. It has been like that since she was 2 and a half months old.
On November 2 and 3 I had pretty bad ovulation type pinching and cramps on both sides where the ovaries are. (Before that's how I know I was ovulating...) It was pretty intense. I had more vaginal discharge too. A few days after that I had pain as if I was going to star my period, but nothing happened.
Is it because I'm breastfeeding too often still? Do you think my body is just playing tricks on me, that it's just getting ready to start my cycles again?
Maybe I did ovulate? How was it for you?
Thanks ladies, I appreciate it! It's good for me to talk about it with other women! :)
