My son is 10 months and will be 11 months on March 21. I would LOVE to stop breastfeeding but he refuses to give the booby up. He already takes a sippy cup because we would never take a bottle. So I'm just wondering what's the best way to wean a baby you absolutely LOVES the boob.

I woudln't - he is telling you he's not ready.
Babies need breastmilk or formula until 1 year at least, and once you get to that point you can start trying to slowly drops feeds over a period of weeks. Keep in mind that babies/toddlers will nurse more when sick or reaching a new developmental milestone, too, so don't expect it to happen without some bumps.
Personally, I believe in child-led weaning. They really do nurse A LOT less in the second year ;-) so it's not as much of an inconvenience for you as they get older.
Check out the books "How Weaning Happens" (by someone?) and "Mothering Your Nursing Toddler" by Norma Jane Bumgarner.

Good luck! I have an 18 month old that loves the boo boo also! We were at a restraunt and the waitress wore a plaid bra top and kilt and as the waitress was walking away my son said, "bye boo boo's" and waved while laughing! He is addicted!
