Im working and i did not pump my breast for whole day. When i go home i just breastfeeding my baby. I wondering is it actually safe to my baby to breastfeeding after i not pump my breast for this long??
Some of my friend says, the milk will expire if i did not breastfeeding for 3 hours.. but i still not sure... Anyone can help me to answer my question??

Your friend is wrong. Milk doesn't "expire" in the breast. You might be in a bit pain, but it's perfectly safe and fine.
