my little girl is 9months she been fully breast now she eating solids. i been trying to get her to take baby milk or juice from bottle or cup but she wont take it. any ideas how i can get her too? x

She may not be interested if her solids have a high water content, if you are giving pureed / liquidised food. My little girl started copying me trying to sip from my cups so I started offering her water from a Doidy cup when she was 6 months old. She's now nearly 10 months and drinks water very well from her cup (but we still hold it for her otherwise we'd all be soaked!) So maybe just keep offering her a drink with any meals / snacks and she'll get the idea when she's ready. If her nappies are still getting wet as normal then she's getting enough fluid in somehow ;0)

Ok i think you should try premixed formula if you need to get her off the boob it is all my son will even think about taking and he is breast feed, also you can give her juice in a sippy cup you just need to make sure it is like 1oz juice 3 oz water and only use 100% juice i also give my son hug juice from walmart it has 2grams of sugar in it and when u mix it 1 oz juice 3 oz water its ok and it has some flavor and he loves it when he eats luch and dinner
Also the playtex bottles are the best they have the wide mouth and are the cleanest but i use the dropins because the vent air have to be cleaned so much and boiled when u use just the playtex drop ins all you have to boil is the ring and the nipple and the cap much easier to clean a time saver and you should always use sterail water ina bottle that says reverse osmois i use nestle pure life water and again cheapest at walmart and walgreens and babiesrus sells premixed formula the enfamil premium in glass bottle i loves it just stick a standard nipple on it and go also enfamil premium is in my opion the best formula to use more children like it the smilac and it has anitobodies in it and is great for ur child but the best is breat milk really it is the best i wish i did not ahve to stop breast feeding and i have experince with bottle all me nices and nephews were bottle feed excpet my newest

i use the Playtex VentAire Advanced bottles (i brestfed for 2 months and then he got to antsy). They have one that is a wide bottle, the nipple is supposed to simulate the breast. Check them out and see if she takes them. (playtexproducts.com) Good Luck

Your baby is too young for cow's milk or juice. Continue to breastfeed her as needed along with feeding solids. Offer her a cup of water with meals. When she turns 12 months, you can also start offering cow's milk in a cup - but don't be surprised if she doesn't really like it at first, as it is quite different from your breast milk. No need to introduce a bottle at this stage, as it is just one more thing to have to wean from.
