Hi ladies I was just wondering if any of you other nursing moms out there get cold sore and if so what do you use to help them heal and not hurt so much?

Use L-lysine. It's an amino acid you can buy in different forms. Liquid, tablets and some special just for cold sores. Find it at a health food store.
