i had sushi at 4pm its now 8 pm, every time my 3 week old breastfeeds hes vomited. Is it the sushi and how long does it take to get out of my milk?

I would guess that it's probably a coincidence. Hopefully he's feeling better now. However, if you feel that he's had a reaction to something in your diet it's best to avoid that food for now. Here's more info on your diet and how it affects your milk:
