I've read that BFing mamas can get something called "nursing" carpel tunnel, and that it goes away with the use of a nursing pillow and switching positions to nurse. I've done both of these things for almost two months now but I still have pretty intense pain in my wrists by the end of the day within my joints. They are really stiff and painful when I wake up in the morning as well, no matter my sleeping position. Does anyone have any helpful tips?
