My son is 11 months and I'm 15 weeks pregnant. I'm going to carry on breast feeding him until he's at least 1.

you absolutely can! =)
look for a book called "adventures in tandem nursing", it was just recently recommended to me, as i had the same question. =) (i'm just planning ahead)
