Hi, my baby is about 7 months old and breastfeeding has been going very well. Lately though I have had a few plugged ducts, She refused to eat for the first time one feeding yesterday, maybe because of teeth and it seems that I got another one from being so full. Besides that, I have been feeling dizzy randomly throughout the day for the last 3 days. I am vegetarian but occasionally eat meat. I think I may not be getting proper nutrition. Any ideas for good meals or variety? Any ideas for preventing these plugged ducts? Any ideas of why I am getting dizzy?

Thank you! It helps to have more meal ideas..I eat alot of salad and bean dip but not a whole lot more..It is possible I am dehydrated, I really try to drink enough water but I know I don't. Hopefully that helps!

Are you dehydrated? That could cause the dizziness.

Plugged ducts can be a sign you're not taking care of yourself- not getting enough rest, not eating healthy, not taking in enough fluids.

Beans and rice meals are good for protein and iron, dark leafy greens, tofu, eggs...

How about a stir fry with bean sprouts and tofu? Over rice?

Beans and rice mexicali dishes...

Hard boil eggs and keep a few in your fridge for snacking

Pasta with pesto mixed with quick-sauteed kale

You should probably see your doctor about the dizziness.
