Has anyone ever had a Foremilk/Hindmilk imbalance? I need some help correcting it.

You might be switching baby from one breast to another too quickly. Try letting him nurse on the same side for a longer period of time. If that doesn't help it, then express some milk before you nurse and that should do the trick.
