healthy diet that won't decrease milk supply?

My third child is now 3 months old and I have 25lbs of weight that won't come off. I put on about 40 lbs and quickly lost the first 15. After my first two pregancys the weight just came off easily with nursing and light exercise. I tried cutting down on simple carbs, like juice and ice cream, but my milk supply started to go down. I eat a fairly healthy diet and lots of water. I've been walking a couple times a week, but the cold weather makes it tough. Does anyone have some tips to helping shed this stubborn extra weight and keep my milk supply up?

Oatmeal is good to boost supply and is good for you, too. Maybe you could do walking at the mall or a mommy & me yoga class or video?

Also, keep in mind it took 9 months to put the weight on, so it could take at least that long to take it off. Don't be so hard on yourself :-)
