Thanks everyone! I'm feeling much better today although I think it is still there I'm just going to continue what I am doing.

First make sure you are not wearing a constricting bra. It helps to Massage while nursing, and have your baby put his/her chin on the same side as your plugged duct, the movement will help, also changing positions. Offer the sore breast first, make sure your baby has emptied the clogged breast, if not you should pump and massage. Finally use a warm washcloth up to 3 times a day. You can take a warm shower and massage your breast. Hope this helps. Feel better

I agree with the prevous posters-warm showers,massage your breast while the baby is nursing and let them eat!
For me it usually goes away pretty soon (1-2 days) but if you have redness or a fever call your doctor.

I agree, thats all you can do! Try to nurse alot to empty your breasts more!

ya, its a pain in the butt! lol. my suggestions, warm washcloth and lots of massaging several times a day.
