Anything that will dry your nose up will dry your milk up. Have you ever tried the sinucleanse? It is wonderful!

I was quite sick about a month ago, and a few days later my husband got it. It was some sort of respiratory virus. I just limited my contact with my 9 month old as much as possible (which is hard when you are a stay at home mom). All I took was ibuprofen for the head and body aches. It lowered my fever so I could function better. My baby never got sick, and I am convinced it was because I breastfeed often. She gets any antibodies I make to fight off my infection, preventing it from infecting her. So take care of yourself, get well soon, and don't be afraid to breastfeed. oh, and keep a handkerchief or tissue nearby so you don't drip on him.
