Her poo smells like sour cream!? WTF ANYONE?

Hi everyone, my daughter has had multiple pooing issues in her short six months of life, recently her poo has turned into this pale yellow color that smells like sour cream.

The first issue she had was having bloody poo and she wasn't able to digest my milk properly, and now her poo smells like sour cream. I wonder if maybe it has something to do with her not being able to digest my milk again? Has anyone ever heard of or had their babies poo smell like sour cream? The only thing I could find online about it was that sometimes during teething poo can smell funny....

I thought my son's breast milk poos smelled like sourcream all the time! When he was younger 2weeks- 4mos his poos were mustard coloured. Now his solid food poos smell like an adults and are various colours- sick:P
If you are strictly b/feeding and the colour has gone quite pale it might be worth chatting with a community nurse or something just to be sure its ok. Also perhaps something in your diet has changed and gone into the milk? Or you ate a lot of dairy or something she is sensitive to?
