I am 31 weeks and 2 days pregnant and my unborn daughter gets the hiccups all the time at least 4 times a day and they last any where from 5 to 10 mins at a time is it normal for it to be this often?

yeah. my dd alllllllllways had hiccups when i was pregnant. now shes 3 1/2 months and she gets them once every other day. they dont bother her at all.

Totally normal. My baby was exactly the same. She would hiccup 4 or 5 times a day and all lasting at least 5 mins. I agree with Morgan that it is a sign of a healthy baby.

My son never once had hiccups while I was pregnant (that I noticed anyway). My daughter had hiccups at least 3 times a day. There's absolutely nothing wrong with hiccups and it's a great way to know they're there and doing fine :).

Yes - all my children (I've had 4) got hiccups while I was pregnant. They learn to swallow while inside and its part of them developing. Don't worry :-)

Yeah- my baby got hiccups all the time toward the end. Like Morgan, I have heard that it is a sign that your baby is healthy and his or her lungs are developing.

my midwife told me that hiccupps were a sing of a healthy baby and that it does not her em at all. my unborn son gets em atleast 7 times a day.

yes each mine were different. but i know with a couple of them it felt like it was 24/7. i just wish there was a way to get rid of them.
