how can i pump more milk? , im going back to work

im back to work and my son is 4months old i can usually pump every 3 hrs but im only getting out 2-3 ozs out of each boob and my son eats about 4-5ozs every 2 hrs , im using fenugreek but its not helping much! what else can i do

Try pumping an hour or so after feeding when you are at home and have time. It might help, it helped me stay on track. Even if it is a little bit you can store it for additional milk. Hope it works out! (:

Your output is great! Average output is 1/2 to 2 oz total. You might want to consider making smaller bottles. Breastfed babies, on average, need about 1.25 oz per hour of separation. This is to preserve the breastfeeding relationship.
