My daughter is almost 7 months old and we've just started solids. She doesn't eat much of the solid food yet but all of a sudden she is taking both sides when nursing which she has never done. I don't feel as full as I used to and sometimes she doesn't seem satisfied with what she gets. What are symptoms of my breast milk drying up?

If you aren't giving her solids in place of nursing, and she isn't dehydrated (scant smelly dark urine) and is gaining weight she's fine.
After some time your breasts only produce what is removed- thus no engorgement, you don't feel full anymore. She could indeed be going through a growth spurt. Are you making sure she finishes the first breast before switching to the other side?

I would think to watch for diapers. Plenty wet and whatever poopy that was "normal" for your daughter before solids.
She may be hotting a growth spurt, and feel like she's always hungry. Maybe she's trying to increase your supply?
Do you notice that you are letting down or not?
