Keep in mind babies only need 1 oz of pumped milk for every hour you are away from them. If you nurse immediately before work and right when you pick baby up, you will lower the amount they need while you're gone. You also want to pace feedings and make sure baby is using the slowest bottle nipples. Kellymom has a great article called Bottlefeeding a Breastfed Baby (search kellymom.com).

I assume you'll be pumping while at work. That should give you enough each day. Many babies reverse-cycle, meaning they nurse a lot at night and during the evenings when you're around so they don't need as much during the day. I highly recommend co-sleeping/bed-sharing as it will allow you to get sleep as well as allow for a lot of close contact and nursing.

Make sure you drink enough water and eat well. It'll work out! :-)

I've heard that eating oatmeal helps (worked for me) along with more stimulations (more pumping or breastfeeding)

Wow, 2-3 oz?? That's really good! Average is 1-2 oz! How often do you pump? Is it possible to squeeze in another pumping session?

Here are some more tips on how to get more from the pump:
