How long can you store breast milk in a normal freezer that is a part of a refrigerator? I have read conflicting numbers. Is it only 2 weeks, 3-4 months, 6 months to year?

According to this sight 6-12 months if stored in the back of the freezer

According to this website 3-4 months

Just be sure to put the dates on the bags so you're always using the oldest one first, and remember breastmilk changes as the baby gets older, do the milk you are producing at 8 months isn't the same as what you were producing at 1 months.

If you see this, leave this form field blank.
