I quit breastfeeding when my daughter was 8 1/2 months and could still squeeze out a couple drops until she was about 14 months old. It depends how long you fed for and what you were producing when you stopped. Also, your hydration and hormones, so many things can make it different for people. I've heard of women having milk 2 years after quitting. Once you stop dropping in size though, it usually goes down pretty quickly and then you just have a tiny amount that lasts longer.

My friend just stopped recently and she said that within 2 weeks the milk had stopped and her breasts had shrunk 2 cup sizes.
