How much fenugreek should i be taking??

I heard taking fenugreek can increase my milk suply so i recently bought some.i would like to build my milk suply so i can also pump and store my milk.....but i'm not sure how much fenugreek i should be taking......Can anyone help me with this????

I started to have a hard time producing milk for my LO. I came across Healthy nursing tea and decided to try it.I am glad I did about a week I started to noticed a difference again. The taste isn't that great but I started to not notice after I had a few.

As a personal note - I tried fenugreek and it gave me the WORST headache!! Absolutely splitting. Don't let that scare you, just thought I'd mention it for planning out your first try.
