I am producing enough breast milk for my little one, but I would like to produce more so I can stock up a little. Any suggestions?

i used Mothers Milk Tea for a while and found it very helpful. i got it online at either drugstore.com or amazon. :) also pumping more often than needed really keeps it up.

I relactated after 3 weeks of drying up and the only thing that helped me was taking 3 fenugreek capsules, 3 times daily. Also, drink plenty of water and try not to stress. Pumping after you nurse your baby could possibly help, too.

It's a mixture of fennel and some other herbs which I don't remember. Although a regular fennel tea is just as good (for you and for baby). I used to drink one from Milupa (Aptamil). You should be able to get them in drug stores.

My nurse have advised me to drink plenty of breastfeeding tea and malt drink (such as Ovomaltine). I supposed you just need to drink plenty throughout the day and yes pumping is a great way to activate the production too.

fenugreek capsules, worked like a charm for me! or add an extra pumping session to your day.
