how old is your child?

try a sippy cup for milk. my daughter took a kid flexible straw at 7 months and was never offered a bottle. or you can try soft spout sippy cups.

good luck

How old is the baby?  It's a lot easier to wean an 18mo old than a 12mo old (at least in my opinion) because they are eating solid foods a lot better.  At 12mo my son still nursed 8x a day, and wouldn't willingly take a sippy cup until about 14mo.  Make sure that no matter the age of baby that you take it slow so you don't get plugged ducts or mastitis.

HARD WORK! It is a hard transition. Try to cuddle baby really close to you. With lots of skin to skin contact when you are bottle feeding him or her. If that doesn't seem to work have someone else try to do the feedings because you are "The Boob" your baby is smart s/he knows you have it hidden in there somewhere!!! & you have to remeber when s/he gets hungry s/he will eat no matter what it is.
