........And in the last 3 weeks my breasts have just gone flat like a tire(empty like). He still nurses every 4 hours just about, but why would my breasts be so empty like all the sudden?

Same here. Baby seems to be getting enough so I'm not stressing about it!

I am also nursing my 13 month old and the only time I feel full is when I pick her up from daycare and havent nursed in roughly 10 hours. It's supply and demand kicking in. He doesn't require as much so you don't produce as much. Keep in mind that around this time a lot of children go through a period of eating much less in terms of solids and nursing more to make up for it so your breasts may change again.

I hardly think they're empty.

Possibly weight-loss or a late regulation of your supply to the point where you're only producing what he consumes and no more?

I should mention this is my 3rd child that has nursed.
