Is your baby not active or is she just looking thin? If your baby is always sleepy, not active, not reaching the development milestones, you might want to check with your doc. But if she is active, and not fussy or crying all the time, then she is getting all the nutrition her body needs. It means, She is happy and not feeling weak or exhausted.

Breast feeding is the best source of nutrition. It is unusual to find a breast fed baby being weak. If your daughter is active and not fussy, then I would suggest continue with breast feeding your baby whenever she is hungry. That is the best thing you can do for her health.
