I pump every 1 to 2 hours for 15 to 20 minutes during the day, and at night i get up once or twice. I eat oatmeal twice a day. I drink 3 cups of Mothers Milk Tea daily, and I have been since the day we came home from the hospital. I take 4 Fenugreek capsules 3 times daily. I always drink a full glass of water and a snack after I am done pumping. I havent taken any allergy medication... I still have a very hard time keeping up with my daughter! I was doing fine until I got very sick with a cold and couldn't produce a drop. My pump broke and I figured I'd go buy one of those expensive ones and ever since then I cannot get my supply back up! My daughter is 3 months old and she just absolutely will not breastfeed. I try every day and she gags, chokes, and screams until i put my bra back on. lol I feel bad because she gets so frustrated. Has any one had any problems with the Medela PISA backpack? Maybe it isnt as effective as my last pump. Im only getting about an ounce each time I pump, and my daughter eats every hour or two - usually 3 or 4 ounces.
