My milk supply is decreasing, I was interested in taking Fenugreek a herbal supplement to increase milk production. What do I do?

fenugreek is a seed that is used in cooking for its flavour.

the seed is also crushed and made into a tablet to help with milk prodution, it is quite safe.

side affects are that your sweat and urine smell like maple syrup

It's not recommended in women who are pregnant as it increases the change of miscarriage. I've only heard positive things regarding using it while breastfeeding however.

Many say its safe BUT please research it properly many sites are beginning not to recommend it as there are properties in it that I personnally would not want to use while BF

According to the book "Mother Food" it's okay. Check out that book, it's awesome!
