Is it safe to use 'It Works' wraps if I am breastfeeding?

Has anyone tried those 'It Works' wraps? It says they are all natrual and have no side effects but I would just like to be 100% sure that they wont hurt the baby before I try them. Any thoughts?

I just went to an itworks party and was told that not all but a decent amount o breastfeeding mothers dried up when they started using the wraps. I personally don't want to risk it so I am going to hold off until I am ready or my baby is ready to not be breastfed.
