Yes as already said your alcohol/milk ratio works the same as your alcohol/blood ratio....you're milk is constantly being filtered while in the breast so if alcohol is in your system,it's in your milk and as soon as it leaves your system it leaves your milk!!
Never feed while you are drunk but wait until you're sober, there's no need to pump and dump!!!

Just one drink (beer or wine) is ok just minutes after!
Pump and dump is a myth, your milk is the same alcohol content as your blood stream, so if your drunk, so is your milk. No need to pump and dump, just wait until your sober, or an hour per drink (about the drinking and driving limits). To be safe, stick to beer and wine, and make sure you are honest about drink sizes!
If I drink more than a few, I usually do pump and dump just to empty my breasts, especially if I'm going to wait until morning to feed my baby. I do this to maintain milk supply and my own personal comfort. But its not necessary.
A call to a lactation consultant at your local hospital can help you if your still unsure! Thats who told me!

Four hours after one drink, your milk will definitely be fine.
There are test strips that you can get to test for alcohol content in your breastmilk, but I've never used them.
In general, if you are feeling the effects of your drink, give the baby some pre-pumped milk and wait for the alcohol to get out of your system.
