You'll want to pump and nurse as much as possible. Have you tried letting your lo latch on?

It is possible to relactate and because it's been such a short time, you may have a better chance at success.
There's a lot that you can do to encourage milk production. I would treat it the same as any mother who is not producing enough milk. There are herbs you can take to increase your milk and stimulation is a huge factor, both by baby and by pump. Encourage baby to nurse as much as possible and when you can't nurse, pump as much as possible.
I'm sure some other moms can give you some more ideas on what you can do :)
