Does anyone here know if you can get domperidone in the USA, i have been reading about the effect it has on supply, and mine is dwindling and my baby is only 4 months old. I have tried oatmeal, fenugreek, thistle, nothing else has worked.

Yes you can get it in the USA. I was on it 3 separate times while nursing our daughter. I was told when I was prescribed it that you can only get it at compound pharmacies. I had to drive a bit further for the prescription to get filled, but it was worth it!

Pump output doesn't mean anything in regards to supply. Also, it's normal for pump output to decrease over time because of supply regulation. Keep in mind that average output is 1/2 to 2 oz total.
also my daughter never seems satified anymore.
Don't use baby behavior as an indicator of supply. The only important indicator is her diaper count

How big are her bottles? Bottles are to be about 1.25 oz per hour you're gone to preserve milk supply. Here's a calculator:

what helped me get my milk flow was having chicken soup broth but not the store bought one. boil the chicken with water add carrots potatoes cilantro salt to the taste and tomatoes, thats one of the many, also drinking milk, water, apple juice, chamomile tea or any kind of tea. If you are receiving WIC they give you a tea that helps you milk flow I believe the teas name is "mothers milk"
