My son has milk bumps or baby acne, people say it is found in a lot of breastfeeding babies, it looks horrible and I am wanting to get our pictures done but wish that the milk bumps would go away. Does anybody have any suggestions in to what I can use on the milk bumps to help clear them up?

Nothing I've heard of.. Just patience. They go away on their own.. I've heard people who actually think they are pimples and say they have tried to pop them.. I asked them why would they do that to their child and cause unnecessary pain.

my son used to get milk bumps really bad, we just had to wait it out. i found that keeping his face really clean throughout the day like after feedings or playing with toys it helped keep it down, i used the "Boogey Wipes" (i found them at Toys R Us) and they worked better than baby wipes i think just because there was less in them (mostly just saline and aloe) other than that, we just had to wait it out and take pictures on a day that the milk bumps looked better!

Never heard of 'milk bumps' but infant acne is something that goes away in due time, on it's own, when your son's oil glands mature.
