Anyone have any suggestions on upping your milk production? I am currently takeing fenugreek but it doesnt seem to be helping me.

I was taking fenugreek to boost my supply and this made my baby super gassy. I stopped taking it and started a lactation tea Healthy nursing tea. It also boosting my supply and baby is comfortable with this.

You can drink gingerbeer/ milkstout. Drink lots of water, and allow baby to suckle more.

Blessed Thistle works with Fenugreek and makes a difference. Try to relax and drink plenty of water. Some foods that might help your supply include: almond butter, almond milk, yams, and things with healthy fats like fish and shrimp. And try to pump at least one extra time a day (during baby's nap).

Eating oatmeal helps and pumping right after your done breastfeeding should help. Also make sure your drinking alot of water, especially if it's summer where your at.
