my milk has dropped off and i am worried if it will come back

ok long story short , I expressed for my baby from the age of 10 days and it has been working for us just fine. untill 3 weeks back i had a bit of a stress out with my older son then after a week it came back in baby and i settled back to our retin.
then a big stress out has happend again and my milk has dropped from 130mls down to 60-70mls very 3 hours and i have had to put her on a formal bottle to top up much to my disliking
and drinking lots of water eating healthy.

am just worried that to much of this dropping in milk and it will stop all together on us
anyway has anyone had this happen to them ?

I can't seam to get her to clam down to get her back on
i have tryed a few times

Will she nurse straight from you? Because if so nursing her as much as possible would really help, babies are much more efficient at getting the milk out than a pump so if she does nurse from you then that would really help to boost your supply to just have a weekend nurs-athon :) if not I would keep drinking lots of fluids and ask your dr she can give you something to help boost your supply - I know there are some meds out there for increasing supply - also make sure you are eating enough and try and relax as much as is possible :) good luck!
