This was the same for my son. I am breastfeeding him so I decided to start taking Omega 3-6-9 vitamins so he would get the oils to help his skin. If you aren't breastfeeding, there are drops you can give him or mix in his cereal. There are two products that I use with Michael that are God sent. DermaMed baby natural healing cream with Calendula (www.dermamed.com) and Baby Balm by abundance (www.abundancenaturally.com). Baby Balm works for cradle cap and diaper rash too! Both products are natural and can be found at Whole Foods Market. I can't say enough positive things about these two products and am confident that some of the best remedies use natural ingredients. Hope this helps.

eucerin is good...but the best is skikai borage dry skin therapy for children. You can get it at henry's or any health store, it's about $10 it is the best i've used, my daughter gets it really bad and sometimes has to go on steroids but this lotion works well...keep his baths short and don't let him soak in sudsy water rinse his skin off really good and dry the skin really well before putting lotion on...and avoid citrusy foods.

My husband has eczema on his chest. Sometimes it gets better but never goes away. Breastmilk has wonderful healing qualities to it. I would try putting some on your son's chin, let it air dry. Do it several times a day, even after those night feedings.
