i'm tired of blocked ducts already...i've done all the tricks to get rid of them and they keep coming back. i have to wonder why they keep coming back and i'm thinking maybe i don't have the right bra. well, i don't like underwire and don't wear them. but maybe the bra i am currently wearing is not supportive enough? is there a bra out there that is supportive, but not toooo supportive if that makes sense?

Bravado. Hands down the best.

http://www.bravadodesigns.com/product.as... is what I have, and worth every penny I paid.

Amen Sister......I tried a lot of bra's and when I put on a Bravado...I fell in love!!!!
I went back and bought more so I didn't have to wear something else while doing laundry....they are pricey but can you really put a price on keeping the "girls" comfy?

I know!  I have several others, and I think I'll be wearing my Bravados after I'm done nursing, I've never had a bra period I liked so much....  And pretty bras too, even for me with these size G girls...LOL

April, have you looked into taking Lecithin? It is a natural remedy that breastfeeding moms can take when they have chronic blocked ducts. I think that they mention it on Kellys mom, you can google it as well and get more info that way. It just helps to break down the fats in the milk as it is a natural emulsifier so it wont allow the milk to "thicken" in the ducts.
