What is the average amount i should be able to pump? My daughter is almost 6 months old and eats on average she eats 4-6 oz per bottle when she gets expressed milk. I get 2 times per day to pump, how much should i be getting between the two brest? How much should a breastfeed baby be eating on average at 23wks?

My daughter was drinking up to 4 oz. every 2 hours at daycare at 6 months. But I can only pump about 3 oz. every 2 hours at work. So I pump in the morning after her first feed to get the rest of the milk I need for daycare. (But now that she's eating solids she doesn't drink the whole 4 oz. everytime)

Average is usually about 1/2 oz to 2 oz total. Check this kellymom link out. It's got a nifty calculator that you can figure out how much your baby would need:
