I just wanted to post a quick recommendation reguarding nipple cream. I am a first time mom. I was told to try Lansinoh's nipple cream for sore/cracked nipples. I was given some at the hospital which I found did nothing for me! ouch! So after leave the hospital I set out in search of something better, and I found First Year's Nipple Butter.. works great!!!!!!!

Oh yeah, I use breast milk a lot too. Especially if there's damage.

i never liked using any creams. My LC told me to squirt out some milk and let it air dry. Works like a charm!

I agree with the breastmilk! I find it works far better than any other nipple cream I've tried.

I agree with the PP...I like Medela's lanolin better than Lansinoh.

I like Medela's lanolin. It's not as sticky as Lansinoh's.
