I have used the Medela cut out 24mm version for both children. They were given to me by my lactation consultant each time. I just wish they had a carrying case. I got a small Tupperware container to take it with me in the go. The Medela shield works great. I have never tried any other type though.

I used the Medela one for the first 3-4 months due to my nipple shape, but honestly I would say neither. Nipple shields can cause supply issues or in my case (because I had severe oversupply) they caused multiple clogged ducts. They are also hard to wean baby from. Is there a latch issue we can help you with?

Medela!! The round are my favorite. But I use both round and cut. Baby t will nurse with either. Tried Tommie ones baby would not nurse from them. Avert makes them too. Baby will use those as well but they are kind of small and I don't like them as much as medela.
