So, I need to lose this baby weight! It's driving me crazy. When my first son was a year old I did the South Beach and lost a ton of weight and loved it! I decided to start now, thinking Protien and veggies can't hurt me and would probably do wonders for my milk. Well, this morning (day3) I woke very heavy, shakey and nauseous. I ate my normal protien breakfast, and I felt better for a little bit, but not long.
I was talking to a friend and she thinks I need carbs while breastfeeding? Anyone know if this is a bad idea right now?
