Nursing Bras

I picked up nursing tanks at walmart and I love them.. They fit really well and they are easy to unclasp and reclasp one handed.in the summer i just wore them alone with a thin sweater over them and you cant tell that they are for nursing at all.

I found the best, most cost effective bras at http://www.motherwear.com/ as I am fairly large chested and the usual stores didn't carry my size!

Walmart is everywhere....they have $20 bras that are all cotton and comfortable. Well $20 in Canada, the brand is Warner. Same bras at Zellers. Not sexy, but we aren't going for sexy right now. The only tanks I found were at Sears. They are great because they are longer covering the belly and versatile for under anything.

But don't spend a ton of money until after your milk comes in. I got fitted just before my son was born and when my milk came in I had to go up two cup sizes!

Yes, Bravado! I got mine while I was pregnant and they're still going strong after 2 years. I found the padding uncomfortable and liked the option to remove it. The sales person that fit me gave me the best advice and recommended I just get a few and wear them a couple times before washing. I also found tanks with built-in bras to be comfortable and work well for nursing.

I love Bravado Allure!
I have been through so many bras in the past 10 years and this one has been great! It took a little to get used to the "light padding" but it's a ton less than the rest. It's very pretty and the lower cut middle means you can wear a shirt with a lower cut. I'm a 36DD(E) and it gives me very good support, better support than I've had in the past.
You can find them on sale as they are a little pricey but so worth the money.

i also agree bravado is really good but if ur looking for something a little more flattering there's Hot Milk and Cake they are really comfy and they make u feel sexy! lol u can get the online Cake i know for sure not sure about Hot Milk tho, but i got to mention they are very pricey but very comfortable

I agree with Heather. I got my Bravado bra when I was still pregnant, and my mom bought me 2 more when my daughter was 4 or 5 months old. I've tried a few cheaper ones, and nothing was as comfortable as my Bravado. They're not the cheapest though, but they're def not the most expensive. I think you can only get them online though.

For me, it was Bravado. Hands down, the best. I didn't find them until I'd been nursing for a few months (wore other brands during pregnancy & after birth), but they have by far been the best. I recommend them, especially if you're on the bustier side.

I got a couple sleeping bras from Medela, but I found that cheaper ones from Target are just as good. I thought it was weird without padding at first but the breast pads make up for that haha.

When I was pregnant I bought a couple from Motherhood Maternity. After my daughter was born I was only comfortable in some cheaper ones from Target but they had no padding and I had to wear nursing pads all the time but that's what worked best for me. My daughter is now weaned and I had a really hard time finding regular bras to wear! I live in a smaller town, though so that makes a difference.

La Leche League has their own brand of nursing bras, they are very comfortable. I also have some nice ones from the store 'Milkface' and 'Motherhood'. Not sure where you are from, but I get some at Zellers- they usually have some, but aren't the prettiest. Good luck
