I've found that the ones from Target are actually more supportive for me that the Motherhood or Mimi ones that I was using. I'm a DD cup and I found that the "shelf" in the others I had didn't seem to stretch vertically enough for a comfortable fit. I also found that they hold up better to frequent washings. They're nothing fancy, but they're comfortable and fairly smooth worn under outer clothing.

I just went back to Target to get a couple more because I wear them all the time and got tired of washing the couple that I had.  I love the ones from Target and wear them but with and without a bra, depends on where I am goin or if I am staying at home.

I just wear a nursing bra and two tank tops when I go out. The top I pull up and the bottom I pull down to nurse. It keeps me covered without using a blanket (and in the beginning when you may leak it helps to have extra padding).

i hate spending a lot for this stuff.  i am a D cup while feeding.  i got a great nursing tank at Sears for about $20... still seems like a lot... but it can be worn alone.  i think i got a medium and it shrank a little which was to be expected... it actually fit and supported better after shrinking.  only comes in grey and black... but i wasn't into spending $40+ for a MomMat  or other fancy named bra or tank.

I like the ones from target and I am a c cup as well. Bravado makes them too, they are more expensive, but I find they support you more.

I think they are supportive enough. I have some from motherhood and also some from mimi maternity and love them. They are way more comfy than normal nursing bras!

i was a dd cup and wore the motherhood brand without an extra bra.  I also found them at target and they were supportive enough for me.

If you have a good one, you can wear them alone (that's the point of them). I have some from Bummis, I think they are called "glam moms" or something like that. I think La Lache League also sells some on their site (depends where you live).
