Hi I am pregnant and still breastfeeding my 9 month old daughter. I have a sore throat and ear infection and headaches... now my daughter is also teething 4 molars at once and doesn't eat only nurses much more frequent than usual... so it really sucks

any tips or idea on pregnancy and nursing compatible preferable natural treatments???

Well breast milk can help with ear infections. You can use a dropper to put some in your ear. I've also heard moms say they've drank breast milk to ease a sore throat. It's worth a try.
