I have to pump ever 3 hours because i cant feed my daughter yet. I am constantly getting blockedges, I use worm compress and have pump as high as it goes wit out hurting any other advice . I also get constant sores, and i have gotted so dry i bleed, any advise

Lubricate the inside of the breast shield with some olive oil. This may help with the drying and cracking. Always rub some breastmilk on your nipples afterwards. I hand express in a hot shower when my pump doesn't empty me out. Unfortunately baby is your best solution to all your issues. Hang in there!
