Best thing for us was the bathtub. I would lay in the bathtub, keep the bathroom nice and steamy, and nurse my son in there. That way he could eat while his nose cleared up, and it helped him fall asleep, usually, and he could stay asleep for a while after to get at least some rest and relief that way. That's the best tip I have, good luck!

I've done the drops and then suction also. I also put some vicks on a tissue and lay that on the baby's chest or rub a little on the outside of their pj's, it helps to loosen it up. You could also try a hot water vaporizer thing that blows out steam in the babys bedroom, it would prob. help her sleep. Hope she feels better, best of luck to you.

did you try sailin drops with one of those pump suck things do it a couple of times and hold down the other side.if you breast feed keep breast feeding even when she pulls off and try to keep her on an incline when she is sleeping. give her a hot bath so she sweats it helps with my little one she has one right now. Try and give her plenty of liquids even if she throws up she is clearing it out.
